...my obsession with RIT!

from the moment i stepped foot into the dye room at utah state university, & watched my sweet friend Nikis show me how to dye some hook and eye tape I HAVE BEEN HOOKED...i love to dye! it's amazing to see how something is transformed by a simple dip in a pot or a wash cycle in the machine. NOT TO MENTION nothing, and i mean NOTHING is funnier than saying, "i have to go dye now, i'll be dyeing if anyone needs me," or "time to dye!" recently i have decided to give myself a new wardrobe without spending any green, and i have been dyeing anything i can get my hands on. this sweater is my latest project...what once was cream is now GREEN! you too can learn to dye...just purchase some rit from the store (usually found in the laundry detergent isle of grocery stores) follow the manufacturers directions***...and away you go. ***remember natural fibers (silk, cotton, linen, wool, & rayon) work best. don't even bother with polyester...big waste of time.
